Our team at Epic — from Brewers & Barrel Masters to Celler People & Packaging — do such an amazing job curating Big Bad Baptist it seemed like a sin to only brew one Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. That’s why in 2017 we set out to challenge ourselves by brewing several variations of Big Bad Baptist’s original Coffee Bean, Cacao Nib, and Bourbon Barrel recipe. Ever since that first deviation in 2017 our biggest fans come clamoring for more! So, each year brings on new excitement for rare release variants that are only brewed once, and this year we’re proud to hoist six unique Big Bad Baptist Imperial Stout Variants.

 

Brew Master’s Keep

Our cellar team has over a decade of experience perfecting world-class barrel-aged beer. Brew Master's Keep was obsessed over for 12 months prior to bottling and canning. The base beer of this brew is the highest-gravity beer ever brewed at Epic! Using only choice bourbon barrels and in-house techniques, we've created a beer with flavors only attainable through true craftmanship.

Blueberry Pie Baptist

We all love homemade dark chocolate blueberry pie, now imagine it was a beer! Indulge yourself in the charm of this unique, bourbon barrel-aged stout which was baked - I mean brewed - with nutmeg and blueberry flavor. Each swig beckons another bite!

Coquito Baptist

Inspired by the Puerto Rican cocktail with the same name, Coquito Baptist is 100% aged in Rum Barrels, laced with Cinnamon, and finished with Coconut and Vanilla flavor!

 

Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt Baptist

Indulge yourself in this barrel-aged goodie made with swirls of Alchemy chocolate, caramel, and a pinch of sea salt. This beer from your dreams was finessed with the precision of a world-class chocolatier. A confectioner’s delight!
