Belgian-style Ale

Three dierent premium malts, rye, wheat, Saison yeast and strong American Hops create an extremely complex base. Sage, thyme and rosemary as well as a dry hop charge of Citra Hops adds herbal and tropical notes. An extremely dry, nuanced beer with touches of sage, papaya, guava and a crisp, peppery finish.
