We put our award winning Brainless® Belgian Golden Ale into used French Oak red wine casks with organic cherry puree for a secondary fermentation and maturation. Dry, yet fruity with notes of wine and oak. This beer is best enjoyed in a snifter glass on the warmer side of cold.
