- Notes: This is the second release dry-hopped with additional Citra for a crisp and refreshing taste. Rosemary and thyme add to the familiar herbal flavors of sage, cloves and cracked pepper corns round out a subtle tartness from the Belgian saison yeast.
- Malt: Pilsner Malt, Maris Otter, 2-Row Brewers Malt, Rye malt, Wheat Malt, and Barley Flakes.
- Boil: Centennial, Citra, Calypso
- Dry Hop: Citra
- Spices: fresh Sage, Thyme, and Rosemary
