  • Notes: A pleasantly sweet release of Smoked Porter. The Briess cherry wood smoked malt and chocolate malt combine to create a wonderfully smoky dark chocolate flavor that lingers on the tongue just long enough to be noticed. The bittering creates a fine, refreshing finish. Look for some light caramel flavors from the Munich malt on the finish as well.
  • Malt: Maris Otter and Two Row Brewers Malt as the base malts, Smoked Malt, 2-Row Chocolate Malt, CaraMunic III, and Carafa III finish off the bill nicely.
  • Boil: Nugget, Mt. Hood, and Willamette.
