  • Notes: Smokey on the nose, rye whiskey flavors jump out at you on first sip that give way to smoked marshmallow sweetness from the bourbon barrel. The generous alcohol lends to the big body of this excellent ale. This release of Smoked and Oaked will age beautifully for a year or longer.
  • Malt: Pilsner, Maris Otter Pale, Cherry Wood Smoked Malt, Caramel 60, Demerara Rough Cut Candy and Barley Flakes.
  • Boil: Perle, Sterling and Tettnang.
