  • Notes: This release of our Rye Ale kicks things up a notch. Brewmaster Kevin Crompton cut 50% of the dark malts associated with this ale in order to increase the Rye malt characteristics of the brew. This one-time experimentation has created a Rye beer that will increase the flavor profile of freshly baked pumpernickel bread, while maintaining a crisp finish.
