Brainless on Peaches #3

- Notes: Peaches and Brainless?003f?0042elgian shine in this release with wine flavors more subdued than release 1 and 2 but barrel aging (French oak Chardonnay Casks) is pretty evident with nice hints of toasted oak and vanilla present. The beer should age nicely and Head Brewer Kevin Crompton believes that with age more of the wine flavors should come forward. The barrels from this release will be retired and sent to the cellar for Sour beer production. Drink from a Pinot glass, serve on the warm side of cold, it develops nicely as it warms displaying more fruit and wine.
- Malt: German Pilsner Malt, Maris Otter Pale malt, Caraplis malt, Flaked Oats, Candy sugar
- Boil: Premient, Tettnang, and Saaz.
- Fruit: 100% pure Peach puree (no preservatives)
