  • Notes: No change was made from Release #1. Brilliant, red-brown beer reveals a robust mouth feel andcomplex flavours including raisin, dark bread, some sherry flavours sure to increase with age, resinhops, a touch of old barrel. With the finish comes the aroma and flavour of Columbus hops in yourmouth, being followed by the alcohol warmth. About 20% of this Barley Wine was aged in whiskeybarrels for several months. Drink now for a hop driven experience or age for years and the hops willfade to nice fruits.
