Fest Devious Release #2 will be the first curve ball, as it will be a WET HOP Harvest Ale, made with freshly picked Columbus and Cascade hops from Tim at Salt Lake's High Desert Organic Hop Farm. Maris Otter and Briess premium malts at a 50:50 ratio along with and some Caramel 60 and Munich 20, for a nice malt and biscuit like flavor. Mild flavors combined with unique flavors of a Wet Hopping from Columbus and Cascade hops, interesting hop nose and late hop finish.
