The third release of the Wit Beer for 2012 has a wonderful orange color and a little more body than the previous release. Citrusy and light, this traditional Wit beer brewed with bitter and sweet orange peel and coriander instantly takes you away from winter and puts you on a sunny porch.
The Malt
Premium Weyermann Pilsner, Briess Flaked oats, Ultra-premium Muntons wheat malt, Weyermann Acidulated Malt and Rice Hulls.
The Hops and Spices
Noble hops in the boil: Saaz and Tettanger. The spice bill includes bitter and sweet orange peel, ground ginger, cardamom pods, grains of paradise and whole unscented coriander.
ABV 5.3%
