Citrusy and light, this traditional Wit beer brewed with bitter and sweet orange peel and coriander instantly takes you away from winter and puts you on a sunny porch. This release has a more traditional creamsicle like color with a big coriander flavor that gives way to sweet, refreshing orange peel.
Premium Weyermann Pilsner, Briess Flaked oats, Ultra-premium Muntons wheat malt, Weyermann Acidulated Malt and Rice Hulls.
The Hops and Spices
Noble hops in the boil: Saaz and Tettanger. The spice bill includes bitter and sweet orange peel, ground ginger, cardamom pods, grains of paradise and whole unscented coriander.
