Less malt and more hops make this beer very drinkable. We added just a touch of caramel to balance this batch out.
Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt, Premium Weyermann Light Munich, CaraMunich II and CaraMunich I and a touch of Briess Carapils Malt.
