Brewed on August 11, 2010.
For release five we raised the Amarillo hops leaving a clean and citrusy finish to this very malty beer.
The Malt
Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt, Premium Weyermann Light Munich, CaraMunich II and CaraMunich I and a touch of Briess Carapils Malt.
The Hops
In the Boil: Columbus, Centennial, and Amarillo
The Dry Hops: Simcoe
ABV 6.4%.
