Citrusy on the first sip, like cracking open a grapefruit, then refreshing bitterness. The lower than usual abv makes Hopulent an excellent choice for a warm Spring patio companion.
Premium Briess Two Row with a nearly equal amount of Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malts. Weyermann Munic malt Type 1 and Briess Caramel malt 20L finish off the bill nicely.
In the Boil: Columbus, Chinook and Centennial for bittering and flavor, 2 additions of Simcoe for aroma
Hopback: Whole leaf Chinook and Centennial
