Brewed March 27, 2010.
Malt, malt, malt and lots of hops. Maris Otter can be something special and that is what this nice copper colored, over the top America Pale Ale is. English malt but American hops and the hops do the work while the English Malt is firm and steady in the background, like a true English gent.

Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt, Premium Weyermann Light Munich, CaraMunich II and CaraMunich I and a touch of Briess Carapils Malt.
The Hops
In the Boil: Columbus, Centennial and Amarillo
The Dry Hops: Simcoe
ABV 6.9%.
