Kept it the same as before. A malty yet hoppy extra-strong pale ale!
The Malt
Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt, Premium Weyermann Light Munich, CaraMunich II and CaraMunich I and a touch of Briess Carapils Malt.
The Hops
In the Boil: Columbus, Zeus, Centennial and Amarillo
The Dry Hops: Simcoe
ABV 6.0%.
