Salt Lake City Brewery 

All week:
Free Brewery tours will be held Monday through Sunday at 4:00. First come first serve, limited to 10 people.

Monday May 16th - The first Straight up Saison release of 2016.
Saisons are great summer dinner companions, pairing well with a wide range of light dishes, including salads, pasta, chicken & fish. This release is silky smooth with hints of lemon shortbread and fragrant herbs. It finishes slightly sweet with notes of citrus pith.

Thursday May 19th - Lumpy's Highland Golf Scramble
4 man, 9 hole scramble at Forest Dale Golf course starting at 6:00
Tap-Takeover at Lumpy's Highland starting at 7:00 featuring Utah Sessions Series Beers and giveaways.

Friday May 20th - Sour IPA Firkin at The Bayou
A unique Utah Session Series Sour IPA Firkin with tangerine & grapefruit zest will be tapped at 4:00 pm. If you're a fan of Sour beer don't miss this citrus bomb.

Friday May 20th, 6:30 - 9:00pm - Harmons Cheese and Beer pairing class.
Come find a new favorite pairing as we explore cheeses from around the globe. There will be beer education by Utah's own Epic Brewing Company. Harmons Lead Cheese Monger, Max Christensen and Epic's Ryan Kluh will work together to show you some life changing combinations. https://www.harmonsgrocery.com/classes

All week:
Featuring 2016 Straight up Saison paired with a small cheese plate of brie, honey, grapes and lavosh crackers.

Monday May 16th - Special release of Brett Pale Ale - featured all week
This beer is an untraditional Pale Ale fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, a unique “wild” yeast associated with the Brussels region of Belgium. The complex aroma combines pine, dandelion, hay, and wool. As a counterpoint to the aroma, the taste is bright and sharp with tangy orange-citrus and spice with underlying hints of dark rye and crust.

Monday May 16th - Frist tapping of the Utah Session Series Orchard Farmhouse Apple Ale - featured all week
This new addition to the Utah Session Series highlights the bright ssweet, bright flavors of apples, oats, and barley with a crisp dry finish that lifts quickly off the palate.

Saturday  May 21st, Noon - 2nd annual Sugarhouse Pub Crawl
To celebrate American Craft Beer Week, 10 Sugar House watering holes and the Sugar House Chamber are teaming up to host the 2nd Annual Sugar House Pub Crawl! Sponsored by our friends at KRCL 90.9FM and the Salt Lake City Weekly.

Denver Brewery

Monday May 16th - Straight Up Saison Release
Starting at  5pm we will tap this year’s Straight Up Saison. Brewed with barley, oats and wheat, this hazy yellow offering's silky texture is offset by its high level of carbonation. More spice complexity and malt sweetness refresh the tongue as the wheat and yeast work together on the finish. Our cooler will be stocked with Straight Up Saison 22oz bottles to go.
In support of our local music venue friends The Marquis Theater, we will give away to sets of tickets to Titus Andronicus with La Sera on May 17th.  No purchase necessary. All you have to do is be one of the first guest to come in after 5 and tell the bartender you are a “Straight Up Music Fan” and you will receive a set of tickets.

Thursday May 19th - NOVO Coffee Happy Hour, 4:00 pm
Featuring a firkin of Epic’s Mid Mountain Mild with Belekatu Coffee from NOVO Coffee.
Erich Rosenberg, the award winning NOVO Coffee roaster, and NOVO staff will be hanging out in the taproom to talk about this great blend of coffee and beer. Epic has a passion for blending  coffee with beer and this special firkin follows that passion.

Mid Mountain Mild Ale:
This extremely pleasant to drink ale has very minimal hop addition. The delicate Mt. Hood hops give it a smooth body with a bit of nuttiness and slightly sweet malt finish. This sessionable ale has some wonderful vanilla and honey notes that are well balanced throughout the drink.

Belekatu Coffee:
This is a medium roast from Kochere, Oromia Ethiopia with a plush body. Flavor notes include candied lemon, Muscat grape, and milk chocolate with a dry finish.

Pints of this special firkin will be only $4 all night (while supplies last)

Saturday May 21st - Craft Hot Sauce Tasting, 4:00pm
Starting at 4pm Slopes to Sun Hot Sauce will be set up in our taproom serving free samples from their variety of specially crafted Colorado sauces.  Try the sauces and enjoy a beer or two to cool you down.
All Slopes to Sun sauces will be available for purchase. So start the grilling season off right by picking up locally crafted hot sauces and locally crafted beer for your next BBQ.
