Release #14 packs a punch and manages to deliver the unique refreshing green apple crispness of the beer. The big body is hidden behind a flurry of spices including cardamom, cloves and cinnamon which accentuate the tart green apple and saison beer flavors.
Weyermann Pilsner is the base malt on this beer followed by Briess Flaked Oats and Muntons Wheat Malt.
