Spiral Jetty IPA

Spiral Jetty India Pale Ale is the launching point in our series of hoppy IPA brews. Spiral Jetty IPA has an aggressive hop profile (five different hops used here with two in the dry hop) presenting citrus, floral, resinous or pine aromas and flavors

Galloway Porter

A dark, full-bodied and drinkable beer, Galloway Porter highlights rich roasted chocolate and coffee-like malt flavors and aromas.  It has a very mild hop addition so that the chocolate malt flavor can shine through, 5.4% alcohol by volume.

Capt'n Crompton's Pale Ale

Made with classic Pacific Northwest Cascade, Centennial, Mt. Hood in the boil and dry hopped with more Cascade hops.  Cascade aroma dominates the nose, so be sure to sniff it like a wine snob. Plenty of ultra premium Maris Otter malt and three

Cross Fever Amber Ale

Our lightest in terms of alcohol comes in at 4.8% by volume so that malt can dominate the flavor profile.  Caramel sweet malt all over the palate with a noticeable “jumping just over the barrier” citrus hop aroma.  Surprisingly refreshing for such a malt driven ale.

Brainless® Corruption #2

Brewed on July 25, 2012. Packaged on August 18, 2012.

Once again, we’ve collaborated with DC Brau to “corrupt” our award winning Brainless® Belgian with delicious hops! This Belgo-American Pale Ale uses Belgian yeast for additional spicy fermentation flavors.  Brainless® Corruption starts out with a wonderful aroma of pineapple and tart fruit. On the first sip you taste that familiar bubble gum sweetness of Brainless® that quickly gives way to a hoppy storm of tropical fruit, spices and tart citrus that lingers on the tongue.  Enjoy it before it disappears, very limited production!

The Malt/Grain

Premium Briess 2-Row, Muntons Caramalt, Briess Flaked Oats and Briess Caramel malt.

The Hops

Chinook and Centennial in the boil. Whole leaf Centennial in the hop back and Citra in the dry hop.

ABV 6.6%

Brainless® Belgian Release #35

Brewed on April 20, 2012. Packaged May 2, 2012.

The yeast for this beer was taken from Brainless®: Corruption. This Brainless® Belgian Golden Ale has a twist of bitterness. A super subtle note of hops invades this golden ale, leaving a refreshing bite at the finish instead of the normal cotton candy, bubble gum sweetness. A must try for fans of Brainless® Belgian or for Epic fans yearning for the experimental.

Premium Weyermann Pilsner, Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malts.· Light Candy Sugar, Briess Carapils Malt, Flaked Oats and a touch of Briess White Wheat Malt.

Brewed November 14, 2012. Packaged on April 30, 2012.

Beautiful, effervescent, fruity and strong, this release of Brainless® on Peaches has a wonderful ripened peach flavor complimented by a dry, oaky finish. A steller release of an award winning beer.

Weyermann German Pilsner Malt, Muttons Maris Otter Pale malt, Briess Caraplis malt, Flaked Oats, Candy sugar

100% pure Peach puree (no preservatives) third fermentation and aged in Chardonnay casks with Champagne yeast.

The Hops

Premient, Tettnang, and Saaz.

ABV 10.7%
