A full strength and quaffable American lager with a hint of European flavor.  Pfeifferhorn lager has a subtle malt flavor, and clean, crisp finish. A fine spicy and slightly herbal noble hop profile which barely lingers on the palate, 5.3% alcohol by volume.

Back to the regular Belgian yeast strain and the wonderful bubble gum, clove and banana esters that float to the top of a tulip glass full of Brainless® Belgian golden ale.

The Malt/Grain/Sugars

Premium Weyermann Pilsner, Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malts.· Light Candy Sugar, Briess Carapils Malt, Flaked Oats and a touch of Briess White Wheat Malt.

The Hops

In the Boil:· Premiant, Tettnang and Saaz

ABV 8.7%
