Our lightest in terms of alcohol comes in at 4.8% by volume so that malt can dominate the flavor profile.  Caramel sweet malt all over the palate with a noticeable “jumping just over the barrier” citrus hop aroma.  Surprisingly refreshing for such a malt driven ale. 

Brainless® on Peaches Release #16

Brewed on November 30, 2011. Packaged on June 19, 2012.

Brainless® on Peaches continues to start out with big peach and oak aromas, finishing dry and bubbly.

The Malts/Sugars/Fruits

Weyermann German Pilsner Malt, Muttons Maris Otter Pale malt, Briess Caraplis malt, Flaked Oats, Candy sugar

100% pure Peach puree (no preservatives) secondary fermentation and aged in Chardonnay casks with Champagne yeast.

The Hops

Premient, Tettnang, and Saaz.

ABV 10.3%
