Mid Mountain Mild continues to be anything but it's namesake. With toasted almond, caramel and even some honey flavors, this release brings a ton of flavor to a sessionable summer ale.
The Malts
Muntons Maris Otter and Briess 2-Row Brewers Malt as the base malts, Weyermann Cara Munich 1, Weyermann Munic Malt Type 1 and Roasted Barley finish the bill of nicely.
The Hops
Saaz, Willamette, and Mt. Hood.
