The first thing you notice on the nose is a fresh cracked black corn pepper smell with cloves, along with a blooming wildflower, finished off with a little funk. This unfiltered delight has a wonderful haze that goes with the complex malt flavors. The Belgian Saison yeast used in this brew brings out the fresh flavors of Spring, while the noble bittering hops refresh the palate. Perfect for an evening on the patio!
Weyermann Pilsner as the base malt, Muntons Wheat Malt, and Briess Flaked Oats.
