A perfect summer release of an American twist on an English Mild. This release has some interesting light caramel aromas, with toasted almond and an almost biscuit like flavor.
The Malts
Muntons Maris Otter and Briess 2-Row Brewers Malt as the base malts, Weyermann Cara Munich 1, Weyermann Munic Malt Type 1 and Roasted Barley finish the bill of nicely.
The Hops
Saaz, Willamette, and Mt. Hood.
