Deep esters come out in this release; more developed clove and bubble gum flavors finished off with a cotton candy like sweetness.

The Malt/Grain/Sugars

Premium Weyermann Pilsner, Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malts.· Light Candy Sugar, Briess Carapils Malt, Flaked Oats and a touch of Briess White Wheat Malt.

The Hops

In the Boil:· Premiant, Tettnang and Saaz

ABV 8.7%
