A well rounded and delicious stout, perfect with a big meal or by itself, this release has the perfect combination of roasted barley and chocolate. A very drinkable stout, 825 State Stout boasts flavors of toffee and burnt marshmallow. The sweetness from the oatmeal is what really defines this award winning stout.
The Malt/Grain
Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt. Flaked Oats, Briess Black Malt, Weyermann Munic Malt I, Roasted Barley, Chocolate malt and Barley Flakes.
The Hops
In the Boil: Nugget, Willamette and Tettnang
ABV 5.4%.
