825 State Stout Release #16

Brewed on January 12, 2012. Packaged March 3, 2012.

We kept it the same.

The Malt/Grain

Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt.  Flaked Oats, Briess Black Malt, Weyermann Munic Malt I, Roasted Barley, Chocolate malt and Barley Flakes.

The Hops

In the Boil:  Nugget, Willamette and Tettnang

ABV 5.6%.
