825 State Stout Release #15

Brewed on January 19, 2012. Packaged February 2, 2012.

We lowered the Nugget and Willamette hops and raised the Tettnang hops.

The Malt/Grain

Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt.  Flaked Oats, Briess Black Malt, Weyermann Munic Malt I, Roasted Barley, Chocolate malt and Barley Flakes.

The Hops

In the Boil:  Nugget, Willamette and Tettnang

ABV 5.6%.
