825 State Stout Release #14

Brewed on December 9, 2011. Packaged December 20, 2011.

We lowered the Nugget and Willamette hops.

The Malt/Grain

Ultra Premium Maris Otter as the base malt.  Flaked Oats, Briess Black Malt, Weyermann Munic Malt I, Roasted Barley, Chocolate malt and Barley Flakes.

The Hops

In the Boil:  Nugget, Willamette and Tettnang

ABV 5.7%.
